fix(ui): удалён FAB закладок — перекрывал поле ввода чата в PWA

FAB (z-40, fixed right-bottom) ложился поверх композера чата и кнопок отправки.
Добавление закладки уже доступно: меню значка «Закладки» в MobileBottomNav
(мобильный) и сайдбар (десктоп) — функционал дублировался.
